摘要
在分析电力企业人力资源管理现状的基础上,探讨电力企业人力资源的投资观和战略人力资源管理理念,主张在电力企业人力资源管理的基础构建与激励机制上进行改革,促进电力企业的可持续发展。
On the basis of analyzing the present situation , the investing and strategic management of personnel resources in electric business are discussed. Correspondently, the thesis advocates to reform the stimulating system in order to promote the sustained development of electric business.
