摘要
目的评价64排螺旋CT血管成像技术对冠状动脉疾病的诊断优势及临床筛查作用。方法回顾性分析126例临床疑有冠心病患者的冠状动脉64排螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)检查,行容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、曲面重建(CPR)、高级血管分析(AVA)等多种后处理并结合原始图像进行综合分析。结果126例患者原始横断面图像及重建图像对近端冠状动脉均成功显示,对中远段的显示,原始横断面图像优于重建图像。16例支架置入者显示内支架22只;11例冠状动脉搭桥术后显示桥血管14条;35例MSCTA显示冠状动脉狭窄(>50%)41处,冠状动脉混合性斑块53处,冠状动脉瘤状扩张31处。结论64排螺旋CT冠状动脉重建成像技术为有效可靠的冠心病影像学诊断方法,对病变血管腔狭窄、硬化斑块及内支架、桥血管情况的评价有较高价值,是疑有冠心病患者的首选筛查方法。
Objective To evaluate the diagnosis superiority and clinical screening role of 64-slice spiral CT angiography imanes (MSCTA) for coronary artery diseases. Metheds 162 patients who were suspected to suffer from coronary artery heart disease undergone MSCTA were analysis retrospectively. Many postprocessing methods, such as VR,MIP, CPR and AVA, and primitive images were used in Meta-analysis. Results The primitive transection images and reformed images of proximal coronary artery in 162 patients were both displayed successfully, aspearing rate was 100%; The primitive transection images were much better than reformed images to medial and distal coronary artery. 19 stents were displayed in 16 patients; 14 bypass grafts were displayed in 11 patients who had been performed coronary artery bypass. The 35 patients who had been performed MSCTA were found unnormal displayed, including 41 cases with coronary artery stenosises (〉50%); 63 cases with coronary artery mix-plaque; 31 cases with coronary artery aneurysm. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT angiography to coronary artery is a effective imaging diagnosis method for coronary artery heart disease and has higher value to evaluate tracheal constriction, clerotic plaque, stent and bypass grafts of lesion. It is a first screening method to the patient who were suspected to suffer from coronary artery heart disease.
