摘要
目的探讨超声心动图对致心律失常性右室心肌病的诊断分析。方法选取我院确诊的致心律失常性右室心肌病患者60例作为本次研究对象,对超声心动图对致心律失常性右室心肌病的诊断进行分析。结果右房增大25例,右室壁弥漫性变薄、运动减弱27例,右室流出道增宽39例,右室肌小梁紊乱35例,调节束回声增强18例,右室增大55例,室壁瘤形成15例,右室局限性变薄、运动减弱12例。结论给予致心律失常性右室心肌病患者超声心动图进行诊断,诊断价值较高,能够为患者的临床诊断提高有效可靠的参考依据,此方法值得在临床上大力推广和运用。
Objective To investigate the echocardiography on the analysis of the diagnosis of right ventricular cardiomyopathy arrhythmia. Methods Our hospital diagnosed to 60 patients with right ventricular cardiomyopathy arrhythmia sex as the research object, to echocardiography to cause sexual right ventricular cardiomyopathy arrhythmia diagnosis were analyzed. Results Right atrial enlargement in 25 cases, right ventricular wal motion decreased diffuse thinning,27 cases of broadening of right ventricular outflow tract in 39 cases, 35 cases of right ventricular muscle trabecula disturbance, adjusting beam echo enhancement in 18 cases, right ventricular enlargement in 55 cases, ventricular aneurysm in 15 cases, right ventricular localized thinning in 12 cases, motor weakness. Conclusion Given to patients with right ventricular diagnostic value is higher, to the patient＇s clinical diagnosis to improve the effective and reliable reference, this method is worth promoting and using in clinic.
