摘要
目的:探讨脑梗死患者外周血CD4+、CD8+-T淋巴细胞亚群和血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在脑梗死发病中的作用及两者的相关关系。方法:运用流式细胞仪及酶联免疫检测仪,对45例急性脑梗死患者(观察组)和30名健康体检者(对照组)外周血CD4+、CD8+-T淋巴细胞百分率和血清中TNF-α浓度进行检测,并分析两者的相关性。结果:急性脑梗死患者外周血中CD8+-T淋巴细胞和血清中TNF-α浓度均比对照组显著增加,CD4+-T淋巴细胞及CD4+/CD8+明显减低,且随病情加重而显著改变。结论:急性脑梗死时,患者外周血中CD4+、CD8+-T淋巴细胞和血清中TNF-α浓度异常改变,参与了急性脑梗死的异常病情反应,在脑梗死发病中起重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the roles of CD4^+ ,CD8^+ - T subset and TNF-α in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:The blood levels of CD4^+ ,CD8^+ - T ceils and TNF-α in patients and normal controls were studied by immunophEnotyping and flow cytometry analysis as well as by ELISA. Results:The percentages of CD8^+ - T subset in blood and the serum levels of TNF-α in patients were significantly higher than in normal controls. CD4^+ - T subset and CD4^+/CD8^+ were significandy lower than in normal controls. Conclusion:The levels of both CD4^+ ,CD8^+ - T cells and TNF-α were abnormal change. Interaction between TNF-α and CD4^+ ,CD8^+ - T cells might play an important role in cerebral infarction.
