摘要 文章研究对象是研究一种电池自动分选装备。研究方法是在分析可充电电池分选工艺流程的基础上,提出以diamond机械手为硬件核心,结合企业原有生产装备,搭建可进行大批量、多类型分选的可充电电池自动分选系统总体方案。本文首先根据机械手的运动规律建立几何模型,然后进行模型转换,最后进行装备的运动学仿真、实体仿真及分选效率仿真。其结果为控制系统的研究开发提供重要的理论依据,进而为样机性能、功能、外观的评价提供有利的手段。 In this paper, it is necessary to study a battery automatic sorting equipment. Research methods in the analysis of rechargeable batteries sorting process on the basis of forward diamond manipulator for the hardware core of the original production of business equipment, structures can be carried out in mass and multitype sortion rechargeable battery automatic sorting system overall programme. In this paper, in accordance with the movement of manipulator established geometric model, and then the model conversion, the final equipment for the kinematic simulation, simulation and physical simulation separation efficiency. As a result of the research and development of control systems provide an important theoretical basis for further prototype performance, functionality, appearance provides a favorable evaluation of the means.
