摘要
[目的]了解重庆市三峡库区中学生心理健康状况,为更好地在库区开展心理健康教育提供依据。[方法]采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对重庆市三峡库区1017名中学生进行心理健康调查,并运用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。[结果]中学生阳性症状检出率为68.1%,中度以上可能的心理问题检出率为19.8%,排在前3位的是敌对、强迫和人际关系敏感。女生总分及人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑和恐怖因子分均显著高于男生;乡村学校学生总分及各因子分均显著高于城镇学校学生;初中生与高中生比较除敌对、恐怖因子外,总分及其他因子分高中生均显著大于初中生。[结论]重庆三峡库区中学生心理健康状况较差,应加强库区中学生心理健康教育。
[ Objective] To investigate the mental health status of middle school students in Three-Gorge area in Chongqing, so as to provide basis for better developing mental he＇alth education in Three-Gorge area. [ Methods] The mental health status of 1017 middle school students of C Three-Gorges area in Chongqing were investigated by SCL-90, and SPSS13.0 were performed to analyze the data. [ Results] the rate of positive symptom in middle school students was 68.1%, and the detection rate of probably mental problem which was above intermediate grade was 19.8%. The top three mental problems were hostility, obligation and sensitivity for interpersonal relationship. The total score and scores of sensitivity for interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety and phobic anxiety among female students were significantly higher than these among male students; The total score and scores of all items among rural students were significantly higher than these among urban students; When compared with junior school students, the total score and scores of all item except hostility and phobic anxiety among high school students were significantly higher. [Conclusion] The mental health status of middle school students in Chongqing Three -Gorges area showed to be poor, mental health education for middle school students in Three-Gorge area should be enforced.
