摘要
介绍了塑料在模具型腔内流动时滞流效应产生的原因和危害以及可能产生滞流的情况,应用MPI软件对某大型塑件的注射成型进行了模拟分析,分析了材料、工艺参数及浇口设置对滞流产生的影响,提出了相应的设计原则,可为大型注射模具设计提供参考。
The causes, harms and situation of the viscous flow effect occurred when plastics are flowing in the mould cavity were presented. The software MPI was applied to simulate the injection moulding of a large-scale plastic component in which the effects of materials, technological param- eters and gate location on the viscous flow were researched and then the design principle was proposed.
