摘要
利用CAE技术的Moldflow分析软件,通过对塑料填充、保压和冷却过程的模拟分析,对空调面板叠层式模具的成型过程进行动态模拟,分析了影响注射的主要因素,优化了工艺参数。
Based on Moldflow analysis software for injection, by analyzing the filling,packing and cooling processes by computer simulation method, dynamic simulation of air conditioner forming was made. Main factors influencing injection molding were analyzed and the optimum process parameters were selected.
