摘要
对S195型柴油机喷油泵凸轮型线进行了改进设计,研究了预喷射与主喷射凸峰间隔角分别为150,°120,°90°和60°时柱塞的升程曲线、速度曲线和加速度曲线的变化规律,并对60°间隔角时的三种过渡圆弧半径进行了动力学分析,研究结果表明,随着预喷射与主喷射间隔角的减小,柱塞的速度和加速度都有所降低,当预喷射与主喷射间隔角为60°、过渡圆弧半径为40 mm时,凸轮型线具有较好的动力学特性。
This paper ameliorated the cam profile of injection pump in S195 diesel engine,studied the change law of anabatic curve of plunger, speed curve and acceleration curve, when the angle between the pilot-injection and main-injection is 150°, 120° ,90° and 60° ,and analyzed the radius of transiting circle when the angle is 60°. The result indicated that the speed and acceleration of plunger minish when the angle between the pilot-injection and main-injection decreased, the movement of cam is preferable when the angle between the pilot-injection and main-injection is 60°, the radius of transiting circle is 40 mm,
