摘要
本文分阶段、分时期介绍了我国烧结行业的技术进步。从1955年以前,生产酸性烧结矿转化为生产自熔性烧结矿,以及采用生石灰或消石灰强化细精矿的烧结起,历经1970年130m^2烧结机投产,推广生产高碱度烧结矿、采用厚料层烧结;1989年后,自一批180~495m^2的中大型烧结机投产以来,我国开发了大量的新工艺、新技术和新设备,使我国烧结行业得到了迅速地发展,从而跨入了世界先进行列。然而不容忽视的是,我国烧结行业还有不少难题亟待我们去解决创新,尤其是节能减排的进一步改进和完善。
The progress of our country sintering industry was presented in this paper according as stages and historical periods. Since the converting from acid sinter production (before 1955) to self-fluxed sinter production and adopting burntlime/hydrate-lime to promote sintering process, we experienced the commissioning of 130 m2 sintering machine (1970), spreading the high basicity sinter production, adopting deep-bed sintering process etc.. And since 1989, after that time a great number of middle/large sintering machine (180 - 495 m^2) were commissioning, a lot of new techniques, new processes and new equipments were developed, which promoting our country sintering industry development rapidly, and so our country has became the advanced country in this industry. Whereas, we must recognize distinctly that there are many subjects and problems should be solved, especially the energy saving and exhaust decreasing.
