摘要
采用了国际通用的Maslach倦怠量表(MBI-HSS)对在职高校辅导员进行了调查以了解高校辅导员职业倦怠的状况。调查结果表明高校辅导员在情绪衰竭、去个性化、成就感三个维度上差异极其明显,高职称辅导员更易感到职业倦怠;硕士学历辅导员的去个性化和成就感水平要高于本科和本科以下学历辅导员;女性辅导员比男性辅导员更容易感到情绪衰竭;工作时间越长,感受到职业倦怠程度越高。因此,在预防和消除职业倦怠时,应重点关注高职称、高学历、女性辅导员及工作年限长的辅导员。
In order to know the situation of the job burnout of the counselors at colleges and universities, this survey is made by means of Maslach MBI - HSS. The survey shows that the difference of emotional exhaustion, deindividuation and achievahility is distinct, that those who have a high professional title is easy to burnout, that deindividuation and achievahility of those who have master degree are higher than those of the counselors who are undergraduates. It also shows that female counselors are easier than the male ones to burnout and the longer they work as counselors, the easier they will burnout. It is concluded that the female counselors, high educated ones, high professional titled ones and long - termed ones must he paid more attention to when we prevent and eliminate job burnout.
