摘要
促进和保障教育公平是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,也是我国教育改革和发展不懈追求的目标。目前,教育不公平问题已成为困扰我国教育的主要问题。通过合理的制度安排和政策调整是从根本上解决教育不公平现象的关键。
Promoting and guaranteeing the Educational Equity is an inevitable demand for China Constructing Socialist Harmonious Society and also an unremitting goal of China＇s educational development and reform. But nowadays ,the educational inequity has become a major problem that troubles China＇s education, which must be resulted ultimately by arranging logical institution and adjusting policy.
