摘要
由于各个学生的先天素质、教育影响和主观努力程度的不同,同一个班级的学生在学习上存在明显的差异,这就要求教师应从学生的实际出发,实施差异性的分组、分层教学。这是面向全体学生进行因材施教、提高教育质量的需要,也是培养学生竞争意识,使之适应于未来社会的激烈竞争的需要。从实施分层教学的必要性、分层教学的具体实施方法和应该注意的问题三个方面来探讨分组分层教学在高职英语课程教学中的应用。
Every student' congenital quality, educational influence and level of subjective efforts are different, there is much more difference in English studying among the students of the same class , so the teacher should carry out the teaching activities through grouping ,layering means according to students individuality. It is necessary to carry out teaching activities in accordance with the students' aptitudes to English study. It is not only the requirement of improving teaching quality but also the consciousness training to improve the students' competition. At the same time it is the requirement for the students to adapt brutal competition in the future . The article is to probe into the practices of layering teaching model for English course of vocational technical college from three aspects —— the necessity to carry out layering teaching, specific ways and problems needed to pay attention.
