摘要
随着经济社会的快速发展、素质教育的深入推进以及新课程的大力实施,中小学教师的角色正在呈现出一系列新的定位:作为信息整合者,作为文化相对论者,作为创意设计者,作为终身学习者,作为道德楷模者。这些角色定位,存在于教师的观念和行为之中,引领着教师专业发展的新方向。
With the further promotion of quality-oriented education and powerful implementation of new curriculum in the developing economic society, teachers in elementary and secondary schools have taken on new roles as follows： informants, cultural relativists, creative designers, lifelong learners and moral models, which exist in teachers＇ beliefs and behaviors, leading them to the new direction of their professional development.
