摘要
随着经济社会的快速发展、素质教育的深入推进以及新课程的大力实施,中小学教师的角色正在呈现出一系列新的定位:作为信息整合者,作为文化相对论者,作为创意设计者,作为终身学习者,作为道德楷模者。这些角色定位,存在于教师的观念和行为之中,引领着教师专业发展的新方向。
With the further promotion of quality-oriented education and powerful implementation of new curriculum in the developing economic society, teachers in elementary and secondary schools have taken on new roles as follows: informants, cultural relativists, creative designers, lifelong learners and moral models, which exist in teachers' beliefs and behaviors, leading them to the new direction of their professional development.
