摘要
本文采用静态界面聚合法,首次成功地制备出不同形貌的聚糠醇(PFA)膜,用SEM、TEM及TG-DTA等对其形貌、结构进行了表征。结果表明:通过改变催化剂酸的种类及表面活性剂(CTAB)用量可得到不同形貌的聚糠醇膜。该法具有合成条件温和、易于控制、能一步合成大量不同形貌的聚糠醇膜等众多优点。
Polyfurfuryl alcohol membranes of different morphology had been first successfully synthesized by static interfacial polymerization (IP) and characterized with SEM, TEM and TG-DTA. The effects of the variety of acid and dosage of CTAB on the morphology of polyfurfuryl alcohol membrune were investigated. The results indicated that the different morphology of polyfurfuryl alcohol could be synthesized by adjusting the dosage of CTAB and type of acid use, t as the catalyst for the polymerization of the monomer furfuryl alcohol. For the interfacial self-assemble polymerization, its conditions are mild and easy-to-handle and it is simple for the obtained products with different morphology.
