摘要
分析组织公民行为的概念、内涵及其对图书馆服务质量的影响,认为要提高图书馆服务质量,必须重视馆员的组织公民行为,并提出相应的一些对策。
The paper analyzes the concepts and contents of organizational citizenship behaviors and its effects on the quality of library services, thinks that people shold enhance the quality of library services, and give attentions to the librarians organizational citizenship behaviors, and the corresponding suggests is also given in this peper.
