摘要
层次分析法是求解多目标决策问题中最重要的方法之一，在许多领域都有应用。文章结合层次分析法，使用MATLAB作为工具，通过T．L．Saaty的1-9级标度法将定性问题进行量化，对不规范的二手房市场中性价比相近的房子进行了评价，得出了这些房子的综合权重，从而可以进行优劣排名，购买者可以通过该方法选出他们心目中理想的房子。

Article union step analysis law, uses MATLAB to be an implement, by the fact that 1-9 steps of scale of T.L.Saaty follows the quantization the problem determining the nature is carried out, price estimates that to no standard second- hand house marketplace neuter than the close house has been in progress, synthetical weight having reached these houses,the person who thereby, can carry out the row superior or inferior, buys can be hit by the ideal house by being method＇s turn to elect their mental view.
