核磁共振成像质量控制的信噪比分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的针对核磁共振图像质量影响因素进行实验研究,验证序列参数与信噪比的关系,分析扫描参数对图像质量的影响。方法利用所得测试体模的图像计算信噪比,改变视野、层厚和激励次数等扫描参数,应用于SE、FSE等五个常见扫描序列,分析图像质量。结果获得了视野、层厚和激励次数与信噪比的关系以及不同序列中参数对信噪比的影响程度。结论核磁共振成像参数直接关系到信噪比等图像质量因素,且影响程度受序列形式影响,实际应用中应综合考虑,合理选取扫描参数,以使图像达到最优从而提高诊断质量。 Objective: To research into the image quality's SNR,test sequence parameters and the relationship with the SNR and analyze effect of the scanning parameters on the quality of image.Methods: The image was used to measure SNR.The parameters such as FOV,thick,NEX and pulse sequences such as SE,FSE,STIR,FLAIR and FLASH were altered.Results: The relationship between SNR and the image quality was confirmed.Conclusion: Overall evaluation of influence of many kinds of factors on image quality should be made,the scanning parameters should be selected reasonably to achieve the best image quality for the improvement of diagnosis.
