摘要
用吐温-80与大豆磷脂制备紫杉醇混合胶束注射液。用HPLC法考察载药胶束稀释3d内的稳定性;用荧光分析法测得空白胶束的临界胶束浓度(CMC)比吐温-80胶束低,微极性比聚氧乙烯蓖麻油注射液低。大豆磷脂含量达120mg/ml的制品稀释后于室温放置3d,紫杉醇含量未见明显下降。
The mixed micelles of paclitaxel for injection were prepared with Tween-80 and soybean phospholipid as materials. The stability of the drug-loading after dilution was determined by HPLC. The critical micelle concentration (CMC)values and micropolarity of blank micelles were investigated by fluorescence analysis. The results showed that the CMC values and micropolarity of blank mixed micelles were lower than that of Tween-80 micelles and Cremophor EL injection, respectively. The drug content of products with the soybean phospholipid concentration of 120mg/ml after dilution and storage at room temperature for 3d was not significantly decreased.
