摘要
利用换碱洗脱法,可以从蚕蛹皮中提取到较高分子量的白色养壳聚糖,脱乙酰度送91%以上;经H2O2降解,可制备从4.31*10^4-1.32*10^6间不同分子量的壳聚糖;不同分子量的壳聚糖可以制成相 的适宜载体用于酶的固定化,所得固定化酶具有较高的活力和国产好的操作稳定性。
Chitosan can be prepared from silkworm pupae by using uncontinuous alkali treatment. In the interviewing time,wash the sample and replace new alkali solutions. The obtained chitosan was white with high molecular weight and degree of deacetylation. Applying the H2O2 depolymerizing method,a series of low molecular-weight chitosan (Mw: 4. 31 ×104- 1. 31×106) can be prepared. Chitosans with high or low Mw could be made into respective good supports as enzyme immobilization.
