摘要
2001-2003年本院收治的病毒性肝炎患者中筛选出并发再生障碍性贫血患者3例,将其治疗前后3 mo的临床资料进行分析,发现乙型肝炎病毒对骨髓的抑制确实存在.
Three cases of aplastic anemia were screened from patients with chronic viral hepatitis B in our hospital between 2001 and 2003. Clinical data before and three months after treatment were analyzed. It is confirmed that the suppression of bone marrow does exist in patients with hepatitis B virus infection.
