摘要
从比较宪法学的角度考察域外宪法公民基本权利设定的方式,并在此基础上分析中国现行宪法在设定公民基本权利上存在的缺陷与不足,提出了改进和完善中国宪法基本权利设定方式的具体规定。
This paper, from the point of view of Comparative Constitution, inspects the modes of enacting the basic rights of the citizens by constitutions in foreign countries, and analyzes on this basis the drawbacks and shortages in enacting the basic rights of the citizens in China＇s present constitution. Then it puts forward some specific points on howto improve the enactment of basic rights of the citizens in China＇s Constitution.
