摘要
探索利用高效液相色谱法快速测定啤酒中亮蓝的方法。样品经简单处理,在627nm波长下,以甲醇∶乙酸铵溶液(0.02mol/L)为45∶55为流动相,进行高效液相色谱分析,以保留时间定性,与标准比较定量。结果表明,其回收率为94.0%~98.3%,最低检出浓度为0.01mg/kg;该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、准确可靠。
Thempid measurement of brilliant blue content in bitter gourd beer by HPLC was investigated and the relative procedures were as follows: simple treatment of the samples, and then detected under 627 nm wavelength with moile phase as methyl alcohol : acetic acid ammonium (0.02 mol/L)=45:55. The results showed that the recovery rate was between 94.0 %-98.3 % and the minimum detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg. Such method was simple and convenient and reliable with high sensitivity.
