摘要
通过不同条件下的反气相色谱试验,考察了试样量、担体类型、色谱柱尺寸、检测器类型4个因素对反气相色谱法(IGC)测试聚乙烯结晶度的影响及原因分析。比较了IGC法与密度法及DSC法在聚乙烯结晶度测试结果上的差异。虽然反气相色谱法可通过采用多水平系列外推的方法消除所有因素的影响而得到聚合物结晶度的准确值,但实际操作难以实施。
Through the inverse gas chromatography experiments under various conditions, the influences of sample load, type of carriers & detectors and column dimensions on the results of polyethylene crystallinity measurement were investgated,and the causes were discussed. The diversion of the crystallinity results of polyethylene between IGC method and density & DSC methods were com- pared. It is concluded that the accurate IGC results for the polymer crystallinity may be obtained by eliminating all the influencies of all the elements through muhi-level series experiments and extrapolation method, but it is very difficult to realize in practice .
