摘要
采用含有羰基、羧基的1#改性树脂,含有苯环、羟基、醛基的2#改性树脂,含有酰胺基的3#改性树脂作为细化CO2硬化水玻璃凝胶胶粒的改性剂的主干材料,对水玻璃进行改性处理。实验结果表明:1#改性树脂改性水玻璃与普通水玻璃相比,提高了常温下的粘结强度;改善了高温强度;消除了800℃时型砂的残留强度峰值。浇注实践证实,改性水玻璃能在实际生产中成功地应用,并具有溃散性好,浇出的铸件质量好等优点。
The CO2 hardening sodium silicate was modified using 1^# modified resin containing carbonyl and carboxyl, 2^# modified resin containing benzene, hydroxyl and formylphenyl, 3^# modified amide resin as modifier for refining gel particles. The results show that the bonding strength of 1^# modified sodium silicate at room temeprature increases, the strenth at elevated temperature improves and the residual strength peak of molding sand at 800℃ is eleminated compared with those of ordinary sodium silicate. The manufacturing practices show that modified sodium silicate has better collapsibility and can obatin the casting with good quality.
