摘要
纳米Si3N4陶瓷粉末具有极大的比表面积和表面能,因而极易团聚,致使其在应用中无法发挥纳米粒子的优异性能,通过对纳米粒子表面改性可改善这一状况。纳米粒子表面改性的方法有:偶联剂法、表面活性剂法、接枝聚合法、高能法等。改性后的纳米Si3N4,因其独特的物理,化学.光学等性能在功能材料,橡胶、涂料及生物医药等方面得到广泛的应用。
The nano - Si3N4 porcelain particles with great specific surface area and surface energy are very easy to aggregate , and the aggregated particles were hard to exert its excellent performance in use. To modify onto the surface of nano - Si3N4could improve its condition. The means are as followings :coupling agent modification ~4 surfactant modification, graft polymerization modification, high power modification and so on. After modification, the nano - Si3N4 would have some particular physical, chemical, optical performance, so it was widely used in many fields, such as functional materials, rubbers, paints ,biomedicine, etc.
