摘要
在目前高校教师教育技术培训中往往存在培训周期短、成本高、资源相对短缺、实效性差以及忽略高校教师个性等方面的不足之处。针对这些问题,文章在高校教师现代教育技术培训中引入绩效的概念和电子绩效支持系统,旨在用绩效的视野审视高校教师教育技术培训,同时实现高校教师教育技术培训绩效支持系统以支持培训。
In the training for college teachers'educational technology, there exist deficiencies such as short training duration, high cost, resource shortage, poor effectiveness and neglect of teachers' personality. In view of these problems, the paper introduces the concept of performance and electronic performance support system used in teachers" educational technology Training. It aims to view college teachers'training in educational technology from the performance perspective and implement the electronic performance support system for their training.
