摘要
针对大气污染物氮氧化物化学发光光谱特征情况对探测器的要求,使用红外分光光度法对PD24系列红外探测器件的光电特性,如光谱响应度、频响、响应度等参数进行了分析研究。比较了光电倍增管与PD24系列器件的性能情况。介绍了扩大器件接收面的透射、反射、聚光方案。实验表明,异质结光电二极管PD24-05是一种具有高速、高灵敏度、宽带宽等优良性能的红外光电探测器件;其光谱响应范围与氮氧化物化学发光光谱的匹配情况良好。
Optoelectronie characteristics of the infrared detectors PD24 including spectral responsivity, frequency response, responsivity were studied by infrared spectrophotometry, for the command of the chemiluminescence spectral characters of atmospheric pollutant oxynitride. The capabilities of the PD24 series devices and the photomultiplier were compared. The projects of expanding the receiving surface of the device of transmission, reflect and spot light were introduced. It is concludecl that the PD24-05 device is an infrared photo detector with high speed, high sensitivity and wide bandwidth. It has better spectrum matching with the oxynitride spectral.
