摘要
高校教师积极性调动得充分与否决定着高校育人工作的成败。目前,高校教师管理中存在着以下问题:行政权力主导化,学术权力弱化;考核工作欠科学;过多运用刚性管理等。考虑到高校教师群体的特殊性,在管理中应注重激励机制的运用。应建立健全富有弹性的教学管理制度,采取多样化的激励措施,如机会激励、参与激励、物质激励、精神激励等。
Full motivation of university teachers' enthusiasm will lead to the success of cultivation. There are some problems in the management of university teachers, such as the control of administrative power and the weakness of academic power; unscientific evaluation; the abuse of rigid administration. In view of the peculiarities of university teachers, we must pay more attention to the incentive policy in the management. Therefore, flexible mechanism of teaching management must be set up, and various incentive policies can be taken, such as opportunity incentive, participation incentive, material incentive, and spiritual incentive, etc.
