对甲苯磺酸铜催化合成对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了以对羟基苯甲酸、乙醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸铜为催化剂,合成对羟基苯甲酸乙酯,并讨论了催化酯化的影响因素,实验结果表明,对甲苯磺酸铜是合成对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的良好催化剂,优化的反应条件为:对羟基苯甲酸用量为0.10 mol,醇酸摩尔比为4∶1,对甲苯磺酸铜用量为2.2 g,回流温度下反应4.0 h,在此实验下酯化率可达94.3%.产品经傅立叶红外光谱仪及熔点仪表征,证实与目标产物完全一致. The preparation of ethyl p -hydroxybenzoate by the catalytic reaction of p -hydroxybenzoic acid with ethanol by using copper p-toluene sulfonate as a catalyst has been studied. The effect of different factors such as the mole ratio of alcohol to acid, The dosage of catalyst, Reaction time on the yield of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate were investigated. The experiment results showed that the appropriate reaction conditions were as follows: When the amount of p - hydroxybenzoic acid was 0. 1 0mol, The molar ratio of ethanol to the acid was 4:1 ,The amount of catalyst was 2.2g, Reaction time was 4. Oh at reflux temperature, The esterification yield reached to 94.3%. The product was characterized by FF - IR spectrum and melting point determination. Product is consistent with the target product.
