随着可携带式的数字学习工具的日益成熟,无所不在的运算的概念进入教育领域,日益使教育变得无所不在,也将使研究型大学的发展获得新的技术环境,形成新的理论与实践取向。
As portable digital learning tools becomes increasingly sophisticated, the concept of ubiquitous computing has entered the world of education and makes education also become ubiquitous. This creates a new technological environment for the development of the research university, and forms new theoretical and practical orientations.
