摘要
针对高职机器人技术专业培养目标及实践教学存在的效率低、安全隐患等问题,借鉴德国双元制教育模式和泛在学习理论,基于构建的课程平台、工业机器人技术公共实训中心、虚拟仿真实训中心和科技创新工作坊,提出了"理、虚、实、创"四位一体教学模式,并以机器人机床上下料速度优化设计为例,详细介绍了该教学模式。实践证明,四位一体教学模式的实施解决了机器人技术专业实践教学中存在的问题,对推动高职教学模式改革具有重要的示范作用和推广价值。
In view of the training objectives of robot technology specialty in higher vocational colleges and the problems of low efficiency and hidden safety existing in practical teaching,this paper uses the German dual system education model and ubiquitous learning theory for reference.Based on the constructed course platform,public training center of industrial robot technology,virtual simulation training center and scientific and technological innovation workshop,a four-in-one teaching mode of"theory,fiction,reality and innovation"was proposed.Taking the optimization design of loading and unloading speed of robot machine tools as an example,the teaching mode was introduced in detail.The practice has proved that the implementation of the four-in-one teaching mode solves the problems existing in the practical teaching of robot technology specialty,and has an important demonstration role and promotion value to promote the reform of higher vocational teaching mode.
