摘要
我国高校当前的心理健康教育存在着相关资源缺乏与学生对心理服务需求增大的矛盾,心理委员制度是朋辈咨询在我国高校心理健康教育中的本土化形式,对缓解这一矛盾有着积极作用。这种本土化遵循价值干预、主动干预、从以服务为主到兼顾管理三个原则,具体体现在学生心理委员的职责、产生方式、培训、工作开展、管理五个方面。
The current mental health education of universities in China has contradiction between the lack of correlate resources and the increase of mental services demanded by students. Psychological commissioner system as the localized form of peer counseling in universities in China plays a positive role in relieving this contradiction. This localization adheres to three principles-- value intervening, autonomous intervening, and service-centered and considering management, and these three principles are embodied in the responsibility of psychology member of students, the producing way, the training, the post performances, and the management.
