摘要
介绍了一款300万面阵CCD驱动控制的专用控制芯片——LR38642的特点,主要引脚功能以及工作原理.并结合实际调试,利用单片机实现其配置,NIOSII软核处理器实现其输出数字图像信号的采集以及相关图像处理,实验表明该驱动控制芯片可用于高速的实时图像采集以及与图像采集相关的嵌入式系统开发等领域.
A special control chip with 3M pixels for driving and controlling of matrix CCD, LR38642, was presented, including its characteristic, main pins function and principle. In practical debugging, the control parameter of chip was configured by MCU, and the digital image signal was acquired and processed by NIOSII software processor. The experiment indicates this controlling chip can be generally applied for the field of high speed, real - time image acquiring and designing of embedded system on image processing.
