摘要
设计了一种新型的光纤电压传感器。将Fabry-Perot腔(简称F-P腔)粘在石英晶体上,根据石英晶体的逆压电效应,在高压作用下晶体会发生形变,使粘于其上的F-P腔腔长发生改变,相应在F-P腔中的干涉波长也发生变化。通过可调F-P腔对其输出光谱进行扫描,以实现光谱恢复,得到中心波长的变化,根据中心波长与干涉腔长的关系,实现对电压的实时测量。实验结果表明,该电压传感系统可靠性好,精度高。
A novel fiber optical voltage transformer was designed.The fiber-optic Fabry-Perot (F-P) cavity is adhibited on the quartz crystal.Based on the converse piezoelectric effect of quartz,when high voltage is on the quartz crystal,it will variate,then the F-P cavity also variate,the result is that the center wavelength of the reflex arises excursion.The adjustable F-P cavity was used to scan the reflex from the sensing cavity for acquiring the reflection spectrum,and to get the central wavelength.Based on the relationship between the reflection spectrum central wavelength and its cavity length, this sensing system can be used to realize the reahime measurement of the vohage.h has been seen in experiments that the system possesses good reliability and high accuracy.
