摘要
提出了用于光纤珐珀传感器(FFP)和光纤布拉格光栅传感器(FBG)的通用解调系统方案,研究了高精细度光纤珐珀可调滤波器(FFP- TF)对传感器的解调原理及系统的组成。初步实验结果表明:本系统能够对上述两种传感器进行调解,FBG和FFP传感器的应变测量精度分别在0 .5 με和2 με以下,是一种低成本、通用的解调系统。
An all-purpose demodulation system for fiber Fabry-Perot sensors and fiber Bragg grating sensors is described.In this demodulation system, high finesse fiber Fabry-Perot tunable filter(FFP-TF)is a key component. The methods of demodulating these fiber sesors are studied based on this filter. The experiment result shows that the system has the measurement accuracy of less than 0.5με and 2με corresponding to FBG sensors and FFP sensors. It is demonstrated that this system can demodulate FBG and FFP sensors effectively.
