摘要
[目的]为研制一种新型奶牛饲料添加剂提供一定的参考。[方法]用一定比例的不同碳氮源配制成不同碳氮比的固态发酵培养基,以活化好的福邦饲用高活性干酵母稀释液为试材,通过发酵培养和测定酵母细胞数确定其最适碳、氮源及碳氮比。[结果]在6种不同碳氮比的固态发酵培养基中,以秸秆为碳源的发酵培养基中的酵母细胞数普遍高于以玉米淀粉为碳源的。以秸秆为碳源,花生粕为氮源,碳氮比为1∶1时,发酵培养基的每克干物质中含酵母细胞1.283×109个。秸秆、玉米淀粉(2∶1)混合作碳源时,固态发酵培养基的每克干物质中含酵母细胞1.315×109个。[结论]福邦饲用高活性干酵母固态发酵的最适碳源为秸秆、玉米淀粉(2∶1)的混合物,最适氮源为花生粕,最佳碳氮比为1∶1。
[Objective]The purpose was to provide some references for preparing a new type of additive for cow feed.[Method]The solid state fermentation media with different C-N ratios were prepared by different C and N sources according to some proportions.With activated diluent solution of Fubang feeding dry yeast with high activity as tested material,the optimum C and N sources and C-N ratio were confirmed through fermentation culture and determination of yeast cell number.[Result]Among 6 solid state fermentation media with different C-N ratios,the yeast cell number in the fermentation medium with straw as C source was generally higher than that with corn starch as C source.With straw as C source,peanut meal as N source,C-N ratio of 1∶1,the yeast cell number in per gram dry matter of fermentation medium was 1.283×10^9.With mixture of straw and corn starch(2∶1) as C source,the yeast cell number in per gram dry matter of fermentation medium was 1.315×10^9.[Conclusion]The optimum C and N sources and their ratio for the solid state fermentation of Fubang feeding dry yeast with high activity were mixture of straw and corn starch(2∶1),peanut meal and 1∶1 resp.
