摘要
通过对传统环境伦理观的再认识,剖析了可持续发展环境伦理观的内涵,提出在新农村建设中应树立可持续发展环境伦理观,并且从技术层、宏观层、制度层和发展层,探索了形成可持续发展环境伦理观的主要措施。
Based on reunderstanding the traditional environmental ethics,the connotation of the environmental ethics of sustainable development was analyzed.It was put forward that the environmental ethics of sustainable development should be established in new countryside construction.And main measures for developing the environmental ethics of sustainable development were explored at technology level,macroscopic level,system level and development level.
