高变质福建无烟煤连续流化床混合气催化气化 被引量:4

The catalytic gasification of high-metamorphous anthracite with mixing-gas in continuous fluidized beds

摘要 连续流化床(内径123 mm、高1.2 m)中,采用工业纯碱(碳酸钠)为催化剂进行了高变质程度无烟煤-福建永安煤(低挥发分Vad=5.47%、高灰Aad=29.45%)混合气(空气/水蒸气)催化气化的研究,考察了催化剂质量分数、气化温度、水汽比等操作参数的影响。实验结果表明,工业纯碱作为催化剂添加5%可使碳转化率增加3倍,实现了煤的高效转化;气化温度有明显催化气化促进作用,超过900℃时,流化床内易结渣。从同时满足高产气率及高煤气热值两个指标出发,在适宜操作条件(碳酸钠质量分数5%、850℃~880℃、适宜水汽比)下,产气率提高2倍,从无催化剂时的2.13m3/kg^2.15m3/kg提高到4.2m3/kg^5.1m3/kg;煤气热值提高5倍,从1.0M J/m3左右提高到5.0M J/m3;表明工业纯碱进行高变质福建无烟煤流化床混合气催化气化具有重要的工业应用价值和现实的开发意义。 The experiment of mixing-gas (air/steam) catalytic gasification of the high-metamorphous Fujian Yongan anthracite with lower volatile of 5.47% and higher ash of 29.45% using industrial sodium carbonate as the catalyst was carried out in a continuous fluidized bed with 123 mm i.d. and a height of 1.2 m. The effects of operation parameters such as the loading of sodium carbonate, the gasification temperature, and the ratio of steam to air were examined. With the 5% loading of sodium carbonate, the carbon conversion increases by 3 times, but the coal price only increases by 1.18 times. The temperature has an obvious accelerating action on the catalytic coal gasification. When T 〉1850 ℃, the reactions of gasification and steam decomposing will be promoted by the re-diffusing, fusing and migrating of sodium carbonate in the coal surface and inner aperture. However, when T ≥900℃, the slagging will easily occur and shut down the operation. In order to to get higher gas yield, higher gas calorific value and steady operation, suitable operating parameters should be the temperature from 850 ℃ to 880℃ and the sodium carbonate loading of 5% with which the gas yield rises 2 times and the gas calorific value increases 5 times. It suggests that the mixing-gas (air/steam) catalytic gasification of the high-metamorphous Fujian anthracite in fluidzed beds using industrial sodium carbonate as the catalyst is of the practical application value.
