摘要
采用K2CO3、Na2CO3、KOH和CaO为催化剂,CO2为气化剂,使用热重分析仪研究了伊宁长焰煤半焦的催化气化。结果表明:(1)添加10%K2CO3使气化时间缩短了9.2min,相应的气化温度降低了184℃;(2)Na2CO3的最佳添加量为5%;(3)这几种催化剂的催化活性大小顺序依次为K2CO3>KOH>Na2CO3>CaO。
The gasification of Yining long flame coal char,with CO2 serving as the gasifying agent,had been studied by TG under the catalysts,such as K2CO3,Na2CO3,KOH and CaO.The results showed that：（1） with the adding of 10% K2CO3,the gasification time was shortened by 9.2min,and the corresponding gasification temperature was decreased by 184℃;（2） The optimum of Na2CO3 was 5%;（3） the catalytic activity order of these catalysts were K2CO3KOH Na2CO3CaO.
