摘要
目的:通过分析名老中医临床要素,设计名老中医经验挖掘平台的功能框架,进行名老中医临床要素的多维关系分析,实现名医经验的知识发现。方法:在大量调研咨询的基础上,确定名老中医临床要素,根据其主要内容,设计"名老中医临床诊疗信息采集系统",将名老中医临床信息转化为可直接分析的结构化数据,汇总临床数据,建立名老中医诊疗信息基础数据仓库,利用实时在线展示技术等分析方法,并集成无尺度网络、关联规则、聚类分析等多种分析挖掘方法,对名老中医经验各要素间的多维关系等进行展示、分析与挖掘。结论:根据名老中医经验临床要素进行分析挖掘可满足临床多方面的挖掘需求。基于现代信息科学技术,分析名老中医临床要素的多维关系,有利于名老中医经验知识的发现,对于名老中医经验的传承,将起到积极的促进作用。
This study works to integrate famous TCM doctors' clinical experience, and establish an intelligence analyzing and data mining platform, in an attempt to consolidate high caliber TCM doctors' experience using modern technologies. Having identified the elements of clinical experience based on investigations and consultations with experts, we developed a Structural Clinical Information Collection System for the Famous TCM Doctors. The database is an integration of clinical information. Clinical information is then converted into structural information that can be analyzed directly. The relationship between clinical elements is displayed and analyzed through on line analyze process (OLAP). Meanwhile, we have integrated a range of data mining methods into a platform, including free-scale network, association rules, clustering etc. We believe that it is necessary to analyze famous TCM doctors' experience using information technology and date mining techniques. This will contribute to the carrying forward of useful clinical experience of senior TCM doctors.
