摘要
采用厌氧IC反应器处理废水能够有效节约运行成本和时间,但相对而言,对自动控制的要求也较高。基于造纸工业废水及其工艺流程的特点,从系统结构、软硬件配置和实现功能几方面阐述了自动控制系统的应用。并着重论证了IC反应器进水的自动控制,指出自动控制系统应是紧密结合工艺,集控制功能、管理功能和数据采集处理功能于一体的系统。这样才能保证预期的工艺效果。
The wastewater treatment by using anaerobic IC-reactor solution may effectively reduce running cost and time, but this may also rely greatly on the highly qualified performance of automatic control. Based on the features of industrial wastewater and its technological process, the application of automatic control system is expounded from system structure, hardware and software configuration and functional implemerntation. In addition, the automatic control of water flow to inlet of IC-reactor is emphasized. It is pointed out that the automatic control system should closely combine with technological process and integrate the functions of control, management and data acquisition and processing. Thus the anticipated technologic results can be guaranteed.
