摘要
搭建了一个造纸废水处理实验系统。该系统在一体化造纸废水处理设备基础上,通过采用工业控制机作为上位机,可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为下位机,配以相关的数据采集模块、在线COD和泥位计等检测仪器,在组态软件MCGS的开发环境下开发的造纸废水处理软件管理下,实现了整个系统的自动控制。为进一步研究及构建造纸废水处理的智能控制系统奠定了基础。
A laboratory system for paper wastewater treatment was set up. Based on the integral processor for paper wastewater treatment, using IPC as upper computer, PLC as lower one, with the pertinent A/D, D/A module, a COD on - line checking device, and a sludge blanket monitoring system controlled by the paper wastewater treatment software, were developed in the environment of configuration software MCGS. An intelligent control system for paper wastewater treatment can be researched and set up based on this system.
