摘要
施行《英语口语应用能力等级考试(SEAART)》以及为此考试设置《英语口语实训》课程是一项教育改革的系统工程,需要引起高职高专院校和社会的高度重视,做好这项工作对于提高学生的英语口语应用能力和社会主义现代化建设将起到十分积极的作用。
Executing Spoken English Application Ability Rank Test（SEAART） and Spoken English Training course setting up tbr the examination is a system engineering of education reform, which needs vocational colleges of higher education and the whole society pay much attention to. Doing this.job well will play a very important role in improving the students＇ ability of applied spoken English and accelerating socialist construction.
