摘要
通过对传统成本控制缺点的描述及现代成本管理中应注意的若干问题的剖析,并对施工企业在进行现代成本管理实际操作中应当注重管理的几个方面进行了阐述,以提高施工企业的竞争力。
Based upon analysis of the shortages existed in traditional cost control management the questions deserving attention in modem cost management are analyzed as well as the matters needing attention in practical operation in modem cost management in order to increase the competitive power for construction enterprises.
