摘要
针对建筑市场竞争日趋激烈的趋势,对目前建筑企业成本管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并探讨了相应的成本控制措施,提出施工企业应从理念、制度、施工方案、质量、基础资料等各个环节严格控制成本,实现向管理要效益。
According to the trend of construction market competition were becoming increasingly fierce, this paper analyzed the existed problems in cost management of construction enterprises, and discussed corresponding cost control measures, put forward that the construction enterprises should strict control cost from concept, system, construction scheme, quality, basic data and other links, asked for benefit to management.
