摘要
从土地利用和交通一体化的角度入手,阐述了基于以公交为导向的开发模式(TOD)在城市微观地区开发中的规划结构、密度特征、设计特征等,并提出相关的发展策略及措施,从而为城市微观层面土地开发如社区、城市中心区等提供一定的设计依据和理论支持。
On base of the earth utility and traffic integral, it represents the planning structure, density character, and design character in city microscopic area earth develop based on the develop model (TOD) of basing on public bus, and puts forward the related develop strategy and steps, and this supplies certain design reference and theoretical support to the develop of city microscopic area earth such as community, city central districts.
