摘要
通过现场调研及相关资料建立了注水井套管腐蚀事故树,以求出最小割集。定量计算了各基本事件的结构重要度及重要度排序,确定了影响腐蚀的主要因素。结果表明,控制套管内的温度和注入水中的氧气、铁细菌含量是控制套管腐蚀的重要途径。
Establishing the fault tree of corrosion mechanism of casing in water well by means of the field survey and correlated literatures, the minimum cutting set was obtained. The main corrosion factors were determined based on the structure importance degrees of the each basic event obtained by quantity calculation and the order of the structure importance degrees. It is shown that the most important methods of preventing corrosion are to control the temperature, to control the oxygen and Fe bacteria contents.
