壳聚糖(chitosan,简称CTS)是由β(1~4)键合的D-葡糖胺残基和数目不同排列无规的N-乙酰基葡糖胺残基组成的线性多糖,是生物界中大量存在的唯一的一种碱性多糖。由于壳聚糖具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性和抗菌性,所以在医药、食品、化妆品、环保及生物医用材料等领域有着很好的应用前景[1~4]。自从Brown首次发现三苯基锡乙酸盐具有抗癌活性以来,有机锡化合物的研究引起了人们的极大兴趣,
Dithiocarbamate-modified chitosan (chitosan xanthogenate, DTC-CTS) was synthesized by reaction of chitosan with CS2 in the presence of NaOH. The substitution degree for DTC-CTS is shown by elemental analysis to be 0.74. Triphenyltin chitosan xanthogenate (DTC-CTS-SnPh3), (Ph3SnS2CNHC6H9O4)n, were further prepared by the nucleophilic substitution reaction of chitosan xanthogenate with triphenyltin chloride in the presence of anhydrous methanol. These compounds were characterized by UV, IR, TG-DTA and X-ray diffraction methods etc. The experiments of molluscicidal activity show that the oncomelania death rate is 100% when the concentration of the DTC-CTS-SnPh3 reaches above 0.500 0 mg·L^-1 and the soaking time is 72 h.
