摘要
针对大口径球铁管出现内壁龟纹翘皮质量问题,对龟纹产生的原因进行分析探讨,提出了对涂料配比、冷却速度、浇注温度控制的优化措施。结果表明,在化学成分一定的条件下,通过降低内壁涂层厚度及加强外冷等措施,可有效的控制大管内壁翘皮缺陷,消除由翘皮缺陷导致的爆管事故。
According to Big-diameter ductile iron pipes having problem of turtle grain curls occurred in endophragm, we analsized the production of turtle grain and proposed several optimized measures on coating match, cooling speed and casting temperature control. It turns out that we can effectively control this problem and eliminate the pipes explosion caused by turtle grain curls through reducing inside coating thickness and strengthening out space coldness, which depend on certain chemical composition.
